actually, it fixed, in new version,
if you using outdated version, just export it as fbx (or other extension)
and import it, and export it smd again.

tools ver 3.0.3 - latest, blender ver 2.8 - latest

ah, i just forget one thing, My export error was "parent bone id" and your export error is other Xd

This was fixed in version 3.0.2.. If you really are sure that you are using the latest version, please upload your .blend file and I will take a look.
