Blender crash after exporting a hidden skeleton
Important stuff from debug mode:


Scene updated 29 objects in 0.012563 sec
bpy.ops.object.posemode_toggle()
bpy.ops.object.mode_set(mode='POSE')
Error: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION


This happens consistently when trying to export the active animation from the selected skeleton whenever it's hidden, regardless of SMD/DMX. The export finishes successfully, but Blender crashes completely. I don't know when this started happening, because it didn't always happen (A while ago i would normally export while the skeleton is hidden), starting to become annoying.

What version of Blender are you using? I have no problems here with 2.79 or 2.80. Uploading your blend file would help.

2.79; It might be something to do with my blend file, it's been through a few Blender versions after all. The same occurs on my laptop using 2.79. Going through it some more, apparently some of my weapon animations export and don't crash (as expected) while others cause crashing. I do have one isolated file that has this issue, it's a copy of one of the scenes from the original file.

Still no crashes here with either version of Blender. In any case, it's definitely not an issue with the exporter!
