Server build is bugged. When you use any projectile, spear, bow and arrow, any gun. You get auto kicked.

I dont know if any of you guys know me but back when legacy was a thing, i played BYAO and it was a really fun, friendly server! played it all the time almost :P my name was rustplayer :steamhappy:

Rust update's been pushed out. We're waiting on Oxide. FYI, we're trying out server-side methods for PvE for player and building protection (requires cupboard). Let the staff know if you notice any issues with either. As always, thanks for playing!

Just dropped a file into the server that I'm hoping fixes the Rust:IO map. It will hopefully be back up after the next restart. We will continue to monitor.

Morning all, seems a hacker got into my place last night. And looted some of my stuff, it must ve been after 2 am cent time. He also looted my body of a gun ammo but not my gear. He came over my walls by means of stairs in and out, I still had building rights so thats why I say a hacker. Be at work today but on later on. Thanks all

So it looks like the server got wiped during the daily restart. We're not positive why (might be on Gameservers end or related to plugins), but that's the reason. Not the update (at least yet) or anything like that. Our apologies - we didn't catch it in time to reload a save file.

Server is down for the migration. We're hopeful it'll be up in the late afternoon, but it could be down until as late as 11pm CST.

ugh, today 4/02/15 I scoped in on a wolf as it did an attack animation...i killed it, walked up to it to harvest it, i t was chewing on hijinx80...i put some stuff on your corpse, but most likely will disappear, lol

For those of you waiting for the wipe, you'll have to wait a little longer (tomorrow). Check rustafied or Garry's Twitter feed for more (it involves a bad burger).

Looks like the server is back up folks! We had to wipe to get rid of a corrupted world data file. You might want to avoid building TOO big until the next update.

Map size is still causing issues for the server. We're currently running slightly less than 5K in the hopes that it eliminates building placement and other issues. We'll keep an eye on this and adjust as needed. Sorry for the inconvenience. :mailedfist:

The server is still experiencing issues. Latest update from Gameservers:

"A Rust update has been released which appears to be creating some difficulty. The issue may prevent clients from connecting to the subscription. We are aware of this issue and are investigating possible corrections.

Another update will be provided here when one becomes available."

We will update you when we hear more news.

I have good news and better news: The water is back and there was no wipe. Come back in game for a refreshing swim in water you can actually see!!

After major issues this morning, we've reduced the world size to try to decrease lag issues and building problems. Unfortunately, that means a wipe. Your bp's should still be intact. To keep you informed, when the devs fix the water issue, we should expect a wipe.
