The server is currently down, and I think it is forced by the host. Let's keep our fingers crossed that this is the server migration that the host has promised us, to eliminate the lag! I will make another announcement when the server comes back up, and what the result is.

I have spent the past week and a bit working on the server until today, of which the server has a bunch of jobs, ranging from free jobs to donator jobs. Everything works as should, and there are no current issues.

More content will be added to the server at a later point if requested/needed.

Staff Rules

So there's never been an announcement to let staff know the rights and wrongs, so here it is.

As of the 08/06/2015, any staff that do not follow any of the following rules will be punished. Not having seen this post is not an excuse.

General Staff Rules:

- Noclip can ONLY be used in administrative situations only (Admin Sits).

- You may NOT use Noclip to "go back to where you died at by another player you were goofing around with.

- Noclip can be used to bring yourself and another player to a roof to deal with an issue, etc.

- Noclip can be used to aid in the building of your base, only AFTER having asked Neurotic (Jorel Decker) or Ty Clayton.

- If you are not playing as your respective rank on duty, and use the TAB menu to teleport to another player it will be considered as abuse. Please refrain from using the TAB menu to teleport and use the !goto, !return, and !tp commands.

- Do NOT use any sort of teleportation method without a valid reason, of which should be to help a player, or to teleport to another admin to discuss something BUT the rule above still applies to this circumstance.

- If you ARE playing as your respective rank on duty, you may use the TAB menu to teleport to other players

- The moment a player calls for help, you must stop anything RP related you are doing, and instantly go to the player. RP related things include: Building, Raiding, Mugging, General goofing around, etc.

- If you DO teleport to a player when you are mid-raid and take longer than 10 minutes to solve the issue, do NOT return yourself back to continue the raid, instead advert raid over and go to spawn. You may go back to raid the base immediately, and no cool-down timer for raiding will apply for that raid.

Server Rules:

General Rules:

1. Don't RDM. (Randomly killing someone for no reason at all.)
2. Don't RDA. (Arresting some one for no reason at all.)
3. Don't Baton Rush. (Spamming your arrest batten without intervals of rest between swings.)
4. We would love you to be nice to people and enjoy yourself on the server.
5. Make sure to /advert anything RP related. (Mug, Raid, Counter, Hit-Accepted/Failed/Complete, Kidnap, etc.)
6. Police cannot be corrupt. (No printers, allowing people to break the law, etc.)
7. Mic spam is only allowed when you are a DJ/Radio-Host/etc.
8. No prop killing/climbing/etc.
9. Do NOT break NLR
(New Life Rule: You must role-play as your past life is not existent, and once you have died you may not return to the area of which you died at or a proximity around it, until 4 minutes has past.)
10. You may not have a no-collided prop placed near a fading door, to fool a possible raider into not knowing where the entrance is after lockpicking/keypad cracking.
11. You must have a valid RP name, consisting of [Firstname] [Lastname].
12. All bases must be accessible by all players.
13. ALL Guns are illegal and a police office may arrest you at any time if he has seen you holding one out. Guns may become legal if a mayor says so on the law-board.
14. No Meta gaming. (You must not tell any one that you are being raided directly after dieing in your last life,etc; you must wait for NLR to wear off.)
15. No exploiting. (Bug abusing/Glitching/etc.)
16. Do not fading door abuse. (Toggling a fading door mid-raid without using a keypad or a button.)
17. Do not abuse the sit anywhere script. Abusing it to enter bases, avoid getting shot, etc will result in a ban.
18. Do not leave mid-way through an admin situation, of which if you do you may receive up to a day ban, or more dependant on the offence e.g (Mass RDM, Mass RDA, etc.)
19. NO MULTIPLE ADVERTS!

General Building Rules

1. Make sure you apply a text screen stating you are building, prior to building or you may be raided mid-building.
2. You are not to have items/entities while building a base.
3. KOS signs are allowed. (In case of the KOS area being too big, a staff member may tell you to make it smaller.)
4. Make sure to have at least one way in and out of your base. (Meaning you can prop block some doors in your base.)
5. Do not use fading door abuse. (Toggling a fading door while a player may be lock-picking or keypad cracking the fading door.)

General Mugging Rules

1. The mug limit is from 2 to 1000.
2. Hobo cannot mug and may only raid the PD.
3. Only mug people out of the public's sight.
4. You can't bring out a gun when you are in the middle of getting mugged, unless the mugger is no longer pointing his gun at you and may be pointing it at the floor, etc.
5. If a mugger looks away at you mid-mug you may pull out your gun and dispatch the mugger.
6. Make sure to "/advert Mug."
7. "/advert Counter Mug." If you would like to stop a friend/player from getting mugged and after doing so you may shoot the mugger, if he doesn't shoot you first.

General Raiding Rules

1. Just make sure "/advert Raid."
2. You may not raid the same base twice with in 10 minutes.
3. If the server crash/restarts make sure not to raid until 15 minutes of the server being back up, to allow people to build bases.
4. Don't raid a base if they have a "Building" sign up.

Legal Rules Without A Mayor:

- Printers are illegal. (Members of the PD/Mayor may not have printers as it is Fail RP.)
- Drugs are illegal.
- Rape is illegal.
- Terrorism is illegal.
- Kidnapping is illegal.

Job Specific Rules:
- Vampires are confined to kill in the underground, as their skin will burn in the sunlight!
- Vampires can "/advert Bloodlust", of which Vampires can rise above ground to kill citizens. This lasts for 2 minutes, and once finished the Vampires must return back underground.
- Vampires cannot have guns, and are K.O.S anywhere.
- Undercover Gangster/SCA may type "/job Gangster" or "/job Satanic Cross Alliance Member" once becoming the job to blend in with the other gangs.
- Terrorists must type "/advert Alahu Akbar!", and then may detonate their bomb to kill other players. 4 Minute Cooldown Per Attack.
- Hobos may only raid the PD, and can mug citizens if they are able to obtain a weapon.
- Pedophiles must "/advert Rape" and "/advert Rape Over".
- Kidnappers must "/advert Kidnap" and "/advert Kidnap Over".
