Tends to happen when the leaders stop caring about the world events, no wars are going on, no trade or diplomacy is going on, and the admins stop caring about the tier like bothering to update the map or answering questions that people have.

Only way this tier is going to work is:
1.Find people who will actually be active. 2. Admins that remain active throughout the tier's life and keep it up-to-date, helping members, settling non-RP arguments, etc.

Joniarty says he's pulling a Callum. I'm unsure if it's true, but I really hope not, I've already quit a few tiers because of it. (Pulling a Callum is where the leader of the group gives his closest friends anything they want, if you were curious).
