This group could not be more crucial to gamer health. I gamed alot during college and ended up gaining alot of weight (ran somewhere around the 230 mark). Once I began work, I started going to the gym M-TH every week. I still find time to game but I weigh in at 180 now, have a wonderful (smoke) of a girlfriend, and still game on the reg. I am serious when I say you need to stay healthy and active! Keep it up everyone and thanks for the invite :)
