Just saying- in the mean time while we wait for B-N to bring the games to pc, there IS Project Wingman. Its basically Ace Combat but we're blowing up California. Its got a near perfect Ace Combat feel, and has kept me pretty satisfied while I try to figure out which fix gets AC7 to work.

Seems like never. I wish it could happen. Things became a problem for me i wish i could get Ace combat 7. Things are tight to get anything. Seems abandoned.

Anyone here thinking about starting a petition to ask Bamco to bring AC7 to PC in case they don't announce it for PC at this year's PSX? Of course it probably won't work but at least it's worth trying.

His slogan is : An open source implementation of Ace Combat: Assault Horizon‘s render and physics. DFM-Free . He is in the middle of his road to completing the MOD . Try his demo and if you like it , comment in his page , motivate him and introduce his project to other guys . And if you are aware in programming maybe you can help him and this project . Just think about it , he's gonna work on Ace combat 4,5,6,infinity after ACAH . Imagine playing these titles on PC .

Meanwhile, they've start showing the past Ace Combat games weekly on their Twitter page starting from the 1st Ace Combat (also known as Air Combat) as commemoration of the series' 20th anniversary. Recently they've shown some boxart designs for Ace Combat 2.

I really want to see Ace Combat 6 for PC. Didn't get the opportunity to buy it for my xbox 360 back to these days when AC6 was full of players.

I hope they'll announce something about the Ace Combat series at this year TGS.

I always liked Ace combat 5 was it? Fires of Liberation! I still think it has the best graphics of all the ace comats! I can only imagine how good it would look on the Pc!

So far it has reached 45 signatures.
Well, no matter whether the petition will catch their attention or not (especially judging by the current numbers of signatures) , in the end let's hope Bandai Namco Games are willing to release another Ace Combat game on PC in the future. Be it AC6, the HD remaster of the PS2-era Ace Combat (04, 5, Zero), HD port of Assault Horizon Legacy (known as AC3D in Japan), Infinity, or perhaps AC7 :)

Looking at the videos, it has the AC-styled gameplay and storytelling with anime-styled characters. The graphics seems to be on the quality level between AC3 and PS2 AC titles. Definitely gonna play this one by the time it's on the Steam Store while waiting for the next PC release of Ace Combat to come into the spotlignt :)

As for ACAH Legacy, being a remake of AC2, I really also wanted to see it maybe it's possible for it to be made the HD port of it to PC. Well, there's Resident Evil : Revelations which started out as 3DS game and then made its way to consoles and PC, so maybe it's possible if ACAHL follows the same footsteps as RE:Revelations of being ported to PC.
Infinity is also a potential title for port, aside from being F2P (also perhaps has the pay2win aspects, it also has active multiplayer community, though until today the SP campaign only spans 8 missions long. Imagine if AC:I is on PC as well and capable of doing crossplatform multiplayers with the PS3 users.

Yes. I just can't wait for Vector Thrust to be fully completed and has finished developing its final form of the campaigns along with its storylines.
As for the petition, I have just checked out it has turned 33. I'm also thinking of sharing the petition on AC forums such as "Ace Combat Skies" because I believe there are players on that site that don't own X360 wanted it on PC and PS3.

thanks . I understand , now that vector thrust is 0.9118 on all branches . I love acah so much that put its music on VT . now the members are 121 (23 before) and petition signers are 32 (16 before) .
this means that many easily accept membership but didn't signed the petition . I will try again . It would be great if some day namco bandai do a HD remake of these ac games in PC : 0 2 3(japanese version is better) 4 5 6 10 JA Infinity(this one doesn't need remake just porting) and acahLegacy . All of us wait and dream of that day .

Ace combat 6 was one of the best games (i am a Die hard fan of Ace combat 5 and Zero9 but AC6 really had everything besides it needed more planes, and more COOP, then it would had killed Assault Horizon since we wouldnt need it.

Well, I love the idea of requesting PC port of AC6 because aside from having the classic gameplay and Strangereal setting, it also has online multiplayer.
But of course, I also supported all the ideas of bringing PS2-era AC games to PC.
Imagine playing AC04, AC5, ACZ on PC with HD quality graphics.

Anyone miss dogfighting Yellow Squadron, flying into Megalith, bursting through the long tunnel to destroy the SOLG control systems and finally taking down SOLG itself with "♥♥♥ historia mutat valde Razgriz" chanting in the background, dogfighting Solowing Pixy head on ?
