FS192, a Aeroliner 474 was preparing for a routine journey from Panau International Airport to Kuala Lumpur International Airport with Captain Sir.Pineapple and Co-Pilot Fregrates. The pilots did anti-icing as it was a winter night, they got pushed back from gate 4 and taxied to RW.2. At 23:50 the 474 was given clearance to takeoff and contact Panau Center on 119.95. About 30min into the flight at 5000m the aircraft reached cruising altitude and the seatbelt sign got turned off. 2 minutes after reaching cruising altitude the aircraft got a warning of a fuel leak on the left side. The pilots called PCC and reported an emergency. 50 seconds after the call, multiple tourists on the Panau shores witnessed aircraft debris falling into the Pacific Ocean. At 05:00 the rescue department arrived on scene finding the aircraft tail and right winglet but no survivors.
