Contact Steam Support about it too. Having random people (that Steam knows he's never had contact with) report him doesn't help. In fact, it may hurt if they detect this happening and know its impossible that others could have any first-hand experience. Rickey could've just as easily asked all his friends / members to report you, right?

We do have members who still play TDM. You will have to have the same DLC as they have. But if you look through our Members list and find one with an open profile, you can generally 'Join Game'.
Regardless, the PC Call of Duty community is much, much smaller than consoles (2%). Now that Black Ops III was released, it is extremely hard to find other players naturally (in your region and in the same playlist), even in TDM. Those who are still playing AW do so by joining together friends and groups like this. Some have all DLC now so wouldn't match with you normally, but if you can find them in our Chat Room or Members list, they CAN join you and help build a lobby. The most popular lobbies are TDM, Domination (HC), and sometime Mosh Pit.
