Yeah, unfortunately it's based on players submissions. But it's usually close enough. If you need a precise number based on achievements, completionist.me has global stats on all games that show completion playtime[i.imgur.com].

Though take into account that completionist.me has a ton of cheaters on it, that distort completion statistics with their 0 playtime. If you check out many games' completion playtime graph, they have a lot of dots in the very bottom.

Cube Way[astats.astats.nl] seems pretty spammy too, I can't check the criteria because of a forum error, but it has 140 achievements, and all of them are under 0.7 points, with a 66.6% full completion rate.

I get this error: "This board has no forums."
