just normal signups will be fine, as for whether you can RP with Erich Raeders nation, I am unsure of what exactly you mean, but as a general rule yes, you can RP in someone elses nation, though do try and extend them the courtesy of asking first, and I will decide whether it is a reasonable request if its somethign they obviously wouldnt agree to( i.e stuff like rebellions_
