Played for a few minutes on this server.
Just 7 players were on the server.
I played with a friend... he also got banned just a few seconds before
I want to be post a reclamation (i want to know why i was banned), but http://asyouwished.clanservers.com/forum/ and http://ayw.clanservers.com/ didn'twork.

I'm and not happy about all rules present, but I am follower despite I like them or not. If I would not like them in more than 50%, I would change the server I play. Especially I would change spawncamping kick/ban into spawn protection time doubled and maybe even new spawnprotection script which would kill the spawncamper instead of the camped player, I would add team balancer (forcible), I would change teamkill protection not to allow admins to teamkill and so on. But I just ADVICE to change it, not break the rules. And I'm not even admin, so I do not have the duty of being an example. Admin should do really more than me to be better player by the rules.
Additional comment - sometimes it's best not to choose admins which cannot even communicate in common languages...? I can say that russian is quite similar to polish and because of this I can hear things that you americans cannot understand. And it's not very often, but I hear things you wouldn't like sometimes.
So. My opinion wnet to public. Why? Because I often said that admins should be carefully choosen, and I suppose noone could suspect that 3EBC will change, so maybe it should be undone? :P
And another thing - I have heard many things about making Emigrant aan admin. The bad things. But I cannot say the same about Emigrant. Never seen any bad behavior of him as an admin, or never seen anything that could be suspected as intentional.
So I do not really know why the russian speaking players do not like Emigrant, but I can suppose the same what american players say - they are simply jealous, and angry that "their own mate" forces the rules they dont like (which is obvious that they do not like them as they prefer to play other servers without those rules).
By the way 3EBC - use google translate to understand this text (when you were plain nice player, I would even translate any text to russian for you, but since you have changed, I don't care) and you can call me anyhow - a soft stupid moron which cries about anything - you are welcome, because as I said, I already DO NOT CARE about your opinion. You became selfish, you became emptiness for me. That's all. So long as you do not interrupt my talk with others (especially Briefus), I will not say a word. But do not try to interfere next time. It is not YOUR server. And I hope never be, as I'm quite happy to have present owners.

Why I'm writing all this... The reason is simple: I don't like to be treated like a fool - when I joined the server, I had to learn the rules - I was as noob about them as any other player, as I played mostly on the servers where spawnkilling was even allowed and practised as a best protection for any objective - so I learned it in few days/weeks, and since then I play by the rules. So when I'm being spawned, i do not try to look around for a hidden spawncampers, I just plan how to take the objective... and I die then because Brejifus is not online. When she is, I'm secure (80% of time when there are no new players). I don't suppose that Brejifus gives admins right to anyone to help him force his own will when she's offline, but to protect her (!) rules when she's offline. So when I see admin is not doing this, and even he's rude, his colleagues are rude and he tolerates this, then I think I HAVE TO say something. So I said.
the meaning of "protect the objective" - when team looses Alpha, it should immediately move to the Bravo or at least, to the Bravo side. I am not so strict about it, because I even argued with Brejifus, that killing marines in the mosque is NOT spawncamping (which I really believe because it's in the way to Alpha, and there is other way - street, and both can be easily cleared up), but the Brejifus was stubborny stating that this is spawn exit camping because it's too close to the spawn. So... if this is spawn exit camping, staying in Alpha is even more. And when I told Aggressor to stop, he ignored me few times saying nothing, but when I said I will report him, he just said in russian to report him, so he was not only ignoring the rulse, but also rude. Of course, 3EBC was present. And of course, as soon as americans wakes up and joins the server, russians go to Insane Battle Grounds or any other server (they now have their own - the new one).

And especially, hes should not force his own rules or even stance - he should just protect the rules (as we have quite clear rules on this server and we have them quite a long time). And the last thing which is hilarious for me - when he's present and there's no any american admin present, he just ignores spawncamping by his russian mates like Aggressor. For example, in the map Almaden, the objective Alpha is by the Hummer which is very close to the spawning point which is activated after Alpha is captured. Aggressor was protecting Alpha, but when we captured Alpha, he silently moved to the left of the Hummer (back in the alley) and shot many spawned marines while they was turned back to him. Hello. I have to say something, because of last changes in the administration privileges. As I mentioned to Brejifus earlier, I have seen some things about Devil, but it's minor issue. But now, I have to say more about 3EBC which I always considered as a nice and good player until he became an admin. The thing is, that 3EBC usually prefers to play when Brejifus and other americans are offline (this is understandable because of time zones), and now when he has admin, he's changed. He seems to be more selfish - when I played with him "onboard" and I was about to capture last objective Charlie in map that name I do not remember, he suddenly just switched it to something else (in this case, aztec). This is very weird behavior when server is not empty (about 8 players), especially that he was in the loosing team. Second thing is that when he was present and I was reporting some things about breaking the rules by some players with Brejifus, he just interrupted in the middle of
I have been playing insurgency for years, and from what i have seen, most players that get banned are not cheating but appear to be cheating, I have suspected many players to be cheating (spead hacks, wall hacks, teleporting) but most just have a high latency (ping) of 200+ causing lag.
When a player has high latency he has many problems to face. For example.
You have high latency, you duck behind a wall and you get killed by an enemy on the other side of the wall, how did he shoot you through a wall? The answer, from his perspective he did not shoot you through the wall, he shot you before you were able to get behind the wall.
But high latency can be an advantage at times, For example.
You have high latency, you are moving along side a building, you go around a corner and there's an enemy, you shoot him in the face with no resistance. from his perspective, when he got shot you were still around the corner, or you suddenly teleported in front of hin and shot him.
When a player appears to be hacking it could just be lag.
On this server i have a latency of 190 to 220.
I got banned two or three wekks ago, and then tree days later I got unbanned... for a time, cause now i am back on the ban list.
I understand if I appear to hacking at times and that you are trying to keep this server free from cheaters.
Just consider those of us with hight latency.
