Dedicated servers are UP, go to tools, download the dedicated servers tool and change your searching preferences in game from "Player hosted" to "Dedicated Internet"

DUNNO IF ANYONE KNOWS U CAN ACCESS INTERNET SERVERS THROUGH THE SERVERS BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF STEAM AND CHANGE THE FILTERS TO AVP
