I'm looking at hosting my own server, and while messing around with it, I can't figure out how to differenciate the teams respawn timers to be different. Any help would be much appreciated. Specially since this was the first server I started playing!

i've been banned from this server for approximately 8-10 months now, have tried several times to unban myself (by posting on the official forums and what not), now, i understand shooting at admins is prohibited and i apolagize, i shot once and missed the admin, then was perma banned, by ingame name currently is 32nd_Rct_ironman3112 and would really enjoy being able to play on this server again, it was the only one i really played on, i'll post this on the forums too

im new to the game and this was the best server to play in, i got banned after a few teamkills they were accidental and i would love to be able to play again on this server, im really sorry for the teamkills i was a new player.

Reason:I was using the mortar and i got teamkills not on purpose which got me kicked. I tried to rejoin the server to apologize to the players i killed, but it says i was perm ban from the server.
Apologies/Notice: I apologize for the mortar teamkills i was trying to make breaches for my team.
