I think if the regiment will be so big you can start special early trainings... perhaps there will be not as many as we wish people (~100 with other companies and regiments) but:
-it will be very good for people who love the regiment but cant play at 20 CET
-it will be good for the regiment because it will contain more staff (but yes, there will be 2 parts, who prefer events and trainings at 20 CET or another time)

We keep attendances of all members and we had removed those who had never attended a training, had left the steamgroup, had spoken to someone that they were leaving, or never responded to messages from us.

Undoubtedly I'm sure that everyone is busy and interests do change. We try to accomodate as many as we can unfortunately we are restricted by geographical differences. We are always looking to make it more accessible for new/old members.

Also, any old member is always welcome back as long as they let someone know they're interested in rejoining.

This group is primarily for the active/reservists of the regiment. In the future we might explore a way of keep old and inactive members so that we wouldn't have to remove them from the group. Unfortunately Steam doesn't have a function which allows us to assign usergroups otherwise we might have done that.

So, we lost some staff. They were inactive. What're the reasons? Perhaps they left the game at all. Perhaps regiment timetable is a bit uncomfortable. I dont know about lost staff, but IMHO trainings and events are really organized late. 11:00 P.M. for me (Ural). But anyway, for others here can be other reasons. We are workers, students etc from many countres and we can have free time at 5 P.M or 10 P.M., this is variable. So, I offer to start vote which time is more comfortable FOR YOU. And I know that we can play ONLY WITH our officers and this is most important fact.
