Will there be any announcements made here right before a major OP starts so that those who are doing other things can see a reminder pop up when it's time to start? I know it works because we did that in another clan I was in a few years ago, and TS filled up instantly when a Steam message from the group popped up for everybody.

I second Javelina's request, I can't actually be active unless I know exacty when I need to be here. A week in advance is the bare minimum I ask.

I move that the Training sessions should be held on Saturdays and Ops on Sundays.
Then more advanced training (e.g. Medical training, FAC training) should be announced at least a month in advance. This is how they did it in United Operations. I really don't know if we can find any new fresh recruites without such a standard.

Any chance we could publish a few days in advance, some team coordination or planning sessions (to be conducted via TS)? Would help considerably if we give an advance heads up a few days in advance. I know we're split between the hemispheres in many cases, and the disparate timezones. But as we grow, I'm sure we'll sort it out further. We have a great opportunity to seize with the growing inertia of this mod. :-)
