The name is RimWorld, It is a game where you get 3 randomly chosen colonists, landing on a planet with barely anything, and you must choose the biome you live in.

Why I want to test, is because the game has an uncommon health and needs system, such as diseases like the plague, and infections and mental breakdowns.

There is a special debug option where I could test this
