Couple things....

If your gonna use an Xbox controller on PC it SHOULD be Xbox ONE controller...not a 360! The ones have MUCH better hardware and firmware than the 360 pads...and microsoft even makes a

screen and my actions. Well maybe it's possible with a webcam, I just don't know how to do it.

If you still want one, I will do it. I reproduced the issue again and this time I am positive the xbox one
controller was connected via its own dedicated wifi dongle, not bluetooth.

What I still must do is try a wired controller and in windowed mode at 1080P. The latter is a very small windows on a 4K 17" display
