Hello ! I have weird problem, i plug Xbox 360 controller and it's work perfectly, for the second player a Xbox one controller and only A button for jump doesn't work ?!

Ok, so I've been using a contoller to play certain games on my pc but its broke now. I started using an unused controller that is basically brand new, but it wont always connect. Its ok in the mornings but when i come back it wont work and i just have to fight with it to do anything. Can anyone help? if it helps i updated the controller so that shouldn't be the problem.

when i use LT BUtter on xbox one it aim the gun but when i use RT at the same time gun will not shoot and maker gun go low down how can i fix this i need it?
