VAC ban
Hello, I just got a vac ban for no reason. I've never played with this software, and I don't even know how to download it. I was just playing without cheats, and the next day I got banned. I really need to unban.

you have a gameban and not a vacban, there are a few reasons for a gameban, not just cheating. bans for any valve games cannot be appealed
