You either have a VAC error or a cooldown, but you don't have a ban.

VAC has flagged your gameplay as irregular
But my question is why i get that, when I never used anything?

A cooldown is not a VAC ban, and therefore cheats are logically not necessary to receive such a penalty...

But i telling u the truth, I never used any cheats in my life. I am sorry my behaviour but this is something i must stand up. That Vac system is a crap, i get a punishment when i did nothing wrong.

you keep going on about cheats. If you did use cheats then you will actually have a vacban or a gameban, which is permanent. Currently you have a global cooldown. so wait it out, cooldowns cannot be reduced or removed
