Banned after the update.

Banned after the update. 30 minutes of gameplay and a ban for nothing. The situation was as follows: about 30 minutes earlier, I installed the Faceit application and its anti-cheat. But an unexpected problem occurred with this anti-cheat. It wouldn't run on my computer. Something was preventing it from doing so, so I didn't wait long and started uninstalling it, which turned out to be not as easy and quick as I had hoped. After waiting about 5 minutes and looking at the application uninstallation bar, I realized that it would uninstall itself from the computer without my eyesight. So I decided to launch PubG and, after enjoying the game for 30 minutes, I got banned. I was so surprised that something like this happened to me. I still wondered what could have happened and why it happened. I came to the conclusion that it might be the fault of the Faceit anti-cheat. Oh, and when I was already kicked out of the game, I still had trouble uninstalling the application. It only helped when I closed all processes of this application. I started uninstalling the app again. Now I have a question: is it possible that this is because of this Faceit app? Can you please remove this ban?

A mianowicie sytułacja wyglądała tak : jakieś 30 min wczesniej zainstalowalem aplikacje faceit i ich anty chita .Ale wystąpin nie oczekiwany problem z tym anty chitem nie dał się załączyć na komputerze cos mu na to nie pozwalalo wiec dlugo nie czakajac olalem sprawe i zaczelem go odinstalowywac co sie okazalo ze wcale nie bylo to takie proste i szybkie jak mialem nadzieje ze bedzie ,czekajac jakies 5 min i patrzac na pasek deinstalacji aplikacji stwierdzilem ze samo sie odinstaluje z komputera bez mojego wzroku wiec postanowilem wlaczyc pubg i cieszac sie gra przez 30 min dostalem bana .Jakie bylo moje zdziwienie ze o takie cos mnie spotkalo i tak kminie co sie moglo stac i dla czego tak sie wydarzylo doszlem do wniosku ze moze byc to wina wlasnie tego anty chaka z faceita .Aha jak mnie juz wyrzucilo z gry to nadal mialem problem z deinstalacja aplikacji.Pomoglo dopiero jak zamknelem wszystkie procesy tej aplikacji i zaczelem na nowo odinstalowywac .
Teraz mam takie pytanie czy jest to mozliwe zeby to bylo wlasnie przez ta aplikacje od faceita
Mozna prosic o usuniecie tego bana

as per your profile, you have a gameban and not a vacban. irrelevant what it says ingame. Few people use Faceit, but of course Faceit uses their own anticheat system alongside the game anti cheat system. Now, the question is, are you banned in PUBG or CS2? also there are a few reasons for a gameban
