you have a game ban, game bans are for many reasons. not just cheating.
don't believe me? look at your profile, big red letters GAME BAN.
No I don't care what it says in game, Valve never bothered to update that.
Its permanent, there are no appeals.

Nobody cares what you need. If the ban isn't removed automatically in few days to weeks, then it's permanent.

Then the only thing you can do is creating a new account. Your's isn't worth much anyway.

Bans are issued on a time delay, so whatever you did was a couple weeks ago
