Sure, you can make a new account and use that if you want to play in secure servers.

There is an "info" button next to the red text on your profile. You can use that, too.

I would advise you what NOT to do. Don't go around telling that you let your friend use your account. That could result in much worse than a ban.

Play time is irrelevant.. Start over on a new account. If you can not afford prime, then you are out of luck.

Get a job.

You don't need Prime to survive, if you can't afford it, that's a YOU problem.

What helps is getting a job and being paid or you have to save up for it if you are short on money.

There are thousands of free games on Steam, play those instead.
