There is red text on your profile. It is shown as a game ban.

If it was a VAC ban, it would say "VAC ban". There is even an "info" button right next to that red
text. Click on it, and you will know what reasons cause this type of ban.

you want help, easy. As per you profile, you have a gameban and not a vacban. Irrelevant what it says ingame. Also there are always a reason for a ban. Go to your profile and click on the info button next to your gameban
