VAC banned
I recently received a ban in CS2 for cheating, but I have never used cheats. For a short period of time, my friend played on my CS:GO/CS2 account, and I am not sure what he did, but it is possible that he used some kind of cheat without my knowledge. Because of this, my account was banned even though I personally have never cheated.

I kindly ask you to review my case. I believe this ban was given unfairly, and I would appreciate it if you could check the account history and see what happened. I really care about this game and have been playing it regularly, especially in the past months.

So, your friend is playing on your account. There are two possibilities here.

A) You intentionally let him play on it, thereby violating the terms of service, which could result in you losing your account.
B) Your friend used your account without your knowledge because you weren't careful with your data.

In both cases, you are also responsible, as you are in charge of your account's security.

Therefore, it doesn't matter which of you was responsible; your game ban is permanent and cannot be lifted.

Cheating isn't required to earn a game ban. Cs2 game bans are permanent and cannot be appealed against: https://psteamhelp.yuanyoumao.com/en/faqs/view/4E54-0B96-D0A4-1557

These are user only forums, waste of time posting here, nobody from valve will read your thread and support do not investigate bans anyway

sharing/gifting/buying/selling steam accounts is against steam TOS, which can result either your account being locked or worse, terminated. Now by the end of the day, its irrelevant who used the account, the account was caught breaking the rules, so seeing its for CS2, so the ban is permanent

Well, you admitted you broke your TOS agreement by sharing an account. Support will not be removing the ban regardless.

Bans are permanent, non appealable

Be glad it's only a game ban and not a terminated account for account sharing.

In any case, ban is permanent, create a new account and move on.

Your's isn't worth anything anyway.
