got hacked and banned for it
someone broke into my account and took away most of my skins, crates and other stuff, The they acted like they owned my account and did stuff that made my account perma ban which i cannot take back because VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support which is unfair because as i said i couldnt do anything about it since that particular person also took my login informations. What should i do

Read section 1 C Steam Subscriber Agreement, stop entering your credentials where they don't belong to and stop installing malware and other shady software.

What took almost 500 days? Was it until you reported this here or until you got your account back? Both are highly implausible.

Even if your story is true after all, you weren't hacked, but rather careless with your data. It's not unfair that you weren't careful.

You are responsible for the security of your account, so it doesn't matter who violated the rules with it.
You'll never get rid of the game ban.

took you long enough or are you the actual owner of this account? items cannot be returned. Account security is YOUR responsibility and irrelevant who used the account at the time, bans are permanent
