I hope you are doing well. I am contacting you because I recently received a game ban in Counter-Strike 2, and I am not aware of the reason behind it.

A few days ago, I was banned for 17 hours, and two days later, I received another ban for 7 days starting from yesterday. I am confused about why this happened, as I have not used any cheats, exploits, or third-party tools that modify the game. I always try to play fairly and follow the community guidelines.

I kindly ask you to review my case and provide clarification about the reason for the ban. If this was caused by an automated system or a misunderstanding, I hope it can be re-checked. I want to understand the exact cause so that I can avoid any issues in the future.

you have a global cooldown and not a permanent ban. you are doing something to stack the cooldowns, take a step back and look at what you are doing. Also wait it out

well they say that they first been banned for 17 hours then banned for 7 days. its clear they referring to a global cooldown, seeing they don't have any bans on their profiles and confusing a cooldown for a ban
