It doesn't matter who used the cheats with the account; the account in question will be punished, especially since it's your responsibility to prevent this from happening.

Therefore, your ban, just like before, is not removable now and will not be in the future.

Everybody else: oh god another one who thinks he can get an unban by pretending that he just got the account back when its clear he bought it with intent to sell the skins.
