bonjour je n'ai pas joué a cs depuis longtemp mes enfants se servent de mon pc je suis ban je ne sais pas ce qu'il ai reproché

The account has a GAME ban. Game bans have nothing to do with VAC or this forum.

Ban is permanent, and all items related to the banned game are locked to the account

If you have been banned then your children used your account to play, which is against Steam TOS. (that you agreed to when you made the account)
You are not allowed to let other people use your account.
