Vac ban Appeal

My account was hacked and one chinese guy were playing with cheats on it. It's not my fault. Can you help me? it s been more then 5 years ago, and new vac on cs 1.6 its for cheats my old dad ask me for this, pls take measures to remove the ban because I'm not going to play CS anymore, I need it for the account's beauty because the red tab on the right always gets boring and was not my fault
