1. It's not a VAC ban. See the red text on your profile ? It's a game ban.
2. There are other ways to get a game ban than cheating.
3. The "info" button next to that red text explains that you cannot appeal.
0 day(s) since last ban
The account has a GAME ban. Game bans have nothing to do with VAC or this forum.
Nope
1 game ban on record | Info
0 day(s) since last ban
there are a few reasons for a gameban. If the ban is for any Valve game, then no, you cannot appeal the ban
If that part was true the account wouldn't be banned.
Not even a full month old yet...
Play on your main account.
So, why are you playing on a throwaway account when you can simply on that main account of yours? You know, the steam level 42 one...
Which you have already been doing anyway:

Also not really surprised to see that your throwaway account was banned, seeing as how fishy the match history on your main account is:
https://csstats.gg/player/76561198209675821#/matches
https://csstats.gg/player/76561198209675821?vs=2v2#/matches
And yet again, i'm not really suprised either seeing all the comments on your profile who are basically calling you a cheater with a boosted account or whatever...
Oh well..
