My name is [Buyantugs] and I am the owner of the Steam account [Пиздиц]. I am writing to you because my account recently received a VAC ban in Counter-Strike 2, and I would like to kindly ask for a review of my case.

At the time of the ban, I was playing in Competitive mode. During the match I encountered a bot, killed it and continued to play the round normally. Shortly after that, I suddenly received a VAC ban notification. This was very surprising to me, because I have never intentionally used any cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software while playing.

I fully respect the rules of Steam and Valve’s anti-cheat system, and I understand that VAC bans are usually permanent. However, since I am not aware of doing anything that would deserve a VAC ban, I kindly ask you to check my account and see if there might have been any error or false detection.
