I don't know what that means, but the 6 year old vac ban on that account is permanent and will NEVER be removed.

If I had to guess, he's probably claiming that VAC isn't working properly and that's why his ban is supposedly wrong.

Which, of course, isn't true, as we know :singingsheslime:
