1 game ban on record | Info <——
9 day(s) since last ban
Valve can not unban every account that claims to have been stolen. they gave you a great way to keep your account secure and somehow you still managed to get it stolen.
Next account be more careful where you log in, and don't share your account with others.

always funny that people use the excuse of "my account was hacked/stolen", thinking that it will get them out of the ban. If you actually gone to your profile and clicked on the info button next to your gameban, you would have seen that it will be pointless to use that excuse

I was not using my account when it was game banned. Can the ban be removed?
No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time the ban was issued, game bans are permanent and are not removed.
Cool story bruh, but where you live has nothing to do with your ban.. 🤷🏻♂️
