Bans always have a reason, they just don't like it.
They know exactly what they did, they’re just playing stupid..
You are responsible for the security of your account, Steam isn’t. You were careless with your login information and your account got hijacked because of it.
The account broke the rules. The account pays the price, doesn’t matter who broke the rules. The punishment goes to the account where the rule breaking occurred.
Well the reason is clearly that your negligence to keep your account safe led to it being hijacked and used to cheat by someone else.
that's not "no reason" that's a "i was careless which allowed people to use my account to cheat"
