(VAC BAN)
La cuenta si es mia, pero el pc o dispositivo desde el que se jugo no era el mio.
Cuando pude recuperar la cuenta yquise jugar un partida vi que tenia VAC y decidi de no volver a jugar pensando que no podia retirarse pero cuando me netere hace unos dias que habia un soporte para retirarlo en caso de error decidi contactaros un saludo. gracias

thats a permanent game ban. you cannot appeal it. click the INFO link on your profile, read what it tells you. nothing you post is getting the ban removed.

the ban policy is simple - account cheats, account gets banned. it does not matter who was using the account when it earned the ban.
