VAC-BAN Mistake
I'm asking you to remove the VAC ban because I don't think it's logical that I got banned, as it's been about a day since the notification appeared. VAC - the ban came a day or two later, and I'd like to know why it came in the first place, as the anti-cheat thought I was playing with cheats while my PC was turned off.

The account has a GAME ban. Game bans have nothing to do with VAC or this forum.

And bans are delayed, so it is irrelevant whether your PC is powered on or not.

It's not a VAC ban, but a game ban. You can find everything you need to know in the FAQ:

If the game ban was not issued in a Valve game, you must contact the support team for the game in question.

Nope. No evidence will be provided.

Can you tell me why I was game banned?
No. We do not disclose the reason for your game ban.

Whether you were using cheat software, automating matchmaking, or abusing matchmaking the reason a game ban was issued is not shared with users.

Everything you are asking here is fully explained from the "info" button right next to the red text on your profile, that says "game ban" and not "VAC ban".

that information only helps the cheaters and cheat makers.

no one on the forums can assist you, this is a USER ONLY forum. no one from valve or steam is going to discuss the ban with you.
