i have been wroungfully vac banned no cheats no exploits i cant even ttade my inventory

Thats because you got a GAME BAN, not a VAC BAN.

there are a few reasons for a gameban and its irrelevant what it says ingame. Also its part of the ban that you get to keep those items permanently
