Irrelevant who used the account, the account was caught breaking the rules. There are a few reasons for a gameban, also its irrelevant what it says ingame. Now steam support will just give you the gameban info once and after that straight up ignore you. If its for any other games what is not Valve games then they give you the necessary steps to do. Best to go to your profile and click on the info button next to your gameban
