The good news is as per usual your ban is a game ban, not vac ban so you can put your mind at ease. Regarding the game ban you can find the info in the pinned topic that you for some reason skipped over.

I take it you haven’t read the link given to you?

Bans are delayed. They don't happen instantly. What you were doing at the time the ban was applied does not matter.

Cheating isn't the only way to earn a game ban.
