1 game ban on record | Info
46 day(s) since last ban
Well it would be a very good idea to get it right what type of ban you have. Now point 1, you have a gameban and not a vacban, irrelevant what it says ingame. Point 2 nobody cares about your skins. point 3 this is a community only forum and not an appeal forum. Point 3, seeing you had the ban over a month, which clearly means its correct. Point 4, if you actually gone to your profile and clicked on the info button next to your gameban, you would see there are a few reasons for a gameban.
Now to put it bluntly, you say that you are not trying to make excuses, means that you know that you did something against the rules and you trying to appeal it. Also as per your Faceit profile, you were also banned on faceit for smurfing. So in other words two seperate systems banned you, Faceit systems and VAC systems

Game bans have nothing to do with vac or this forum. Game bans are awarded for more than just cheating/external programs
As the game ban is for CS2, it is permanent and cannot be appealed against. All of Valve's official information here: https://psteamhelp.yuanyoumao.com/en/faqs/view/4E54-0B96-D0A4-1557
You have a game ban, and cheating isn't necessary for that, as there are various possible reasons for it.
A CS2 game ban is permanent and cannot be removed.
If I'm banned on Faceit for smurfing, not cheating XD, so could I have been banned for insulting players? Because what other reason could it be? Valve and Steam handle bans terribly, because someone who doesn't use hacks doesn't even have the option to appeal. Besides, what you're saying about trying to cover it up as an excuse is false, because on the forums here there are thousands of messages from people who, just because you have a ban on your profile, call you a hacker or a cheater. I said it specifically for that reason, and you felt so personally attacked that you lashed out with that.
Now being toxic in game can get you a gameban. Now i see that someone also pointed out Faceit, now i know if you got a ban on Steam then you won't get banned on faceit, but if you get banned on faceit then you wont get banned on steam, but seeing you got banned on two seperate platforms, roughly about the same time, then its clear that two systems caught you out.

Its clear you are not reading. gamebans are given for one of a few things, not just for cheating. Now if you actually gone and read information, example VACBan info, then you would have seen the if the vacban was incorrectly applied, then it would be removed (which is usually between couple hours to about a month or so). Then of course if you read the gameban for CS2 information, you would have seen that gamebans are not removed and given for one of a few things. Now if i apply the same logic for Vacban to a gameban, if its incorrectly applied and removed within couple hours to a month or so, then yours is pretty much correct, seeing its 46 days old.
Now if you don't like the answers given to you regarding your gameban, then why make a thread in the first place. Seeing there are quite a few people coming to vac forums who then give the same basic story of "i didn't cheat" or "i didn't break any rules" or "my family member/friend/spouse used my account" or "my account was hacked" and then there is a good chance that those people who don't like the answers given to them, to go on, what i like to call, a troll rampage.
The thing with Faceit has an explanation that isn't really relevant. It happened because my brother linked his Faceit account to one of my Gmail addresses, and since it was a Gmail with the same name, I got an email saying I needed to verify one of the two accounts with my ID photos, and the other would be banned. So I verified my brother's account because it didn't make any sense to verify mine if I couldn't play. That's why the permanent ban came up. And the Overwatch report came up 2 days later—what could that be?
Look, I don't know if you're a Steam bot or someone who works for Steam because from what I've seen, you're watching every thread like you're getting paid. I never made any excuses like a family member being affected or an account being hacked. What I'm saying is that Valve and Steam handle things really badly because these kinds of cases that aren't solely due to hacking should be appealable. But you're the one who doesn't understand. You're one of those people I mentioned before who, just because they see a ban on the thread starter's profile, automatically judge them when something else might have happened that they didn't know about. Or don't you know that if more than one account is linked to a phone number, scams can be committed? The same goes for email. Before replying with such nonsense, you should continue in another thread.
In this case it was a permanent game ban which still has absolutely nothing to do with vac or this forum
Wouldn't have mattered if the infraction was caused by scams/hijacking or whatever, the security of an account and all activity on it is the users responsibility
All of this is explained in the links you've been given multiple times now
Lol. Well its clear you are not reading anything. If you don't like the answers, then why create a thread in the first place. Like pointed out, two seperate platforms, what uses two seperate systems banned you roughly at the same time, meaning your Account was caught breaking the rules.

Why are game bans issued?
Game bans in Counter-Strike 2 are issued when a player attempts to circumvent or interfere with game systems to the detriment of others.
Examples include:
Cheating.
Manipulation of matchmaking rank by deranking or falsely increasing your Skill Group or Counter-Strike Rating.
Botting and/or automation.
Intentionally interfering with the normal operation of game servers or other players.
Game Bans for all of the above are not removed by Steam Support.
Can you tell me why I was game banned?
No. We do not disclose the reason for your game ban.
Whether you were using cheat software, automating matchmaking, or abusing matchmaking the reason a game ban was issued is not shared with users.
Can I appeal my game ban?
No. Game bans cannot be appealed and are not removed from accounts.
I was not using my account when it was game banned. Can the ban be removed?
No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time the ban was issued, game bans are permanent and are not removed.
Can I move my Counter-Strike 2 items to a different account?
No. Counter-Strike 2 items cannot be moved from a game banned account to a different account.
Can I upload content to the Counter-Strike 2 Workshop and Community with a Counter-Strike 2 game ban?
No. You cannot upload new content, such as guides, artwork, or Workshop items to the Counter-Strike 2 Community if you have been game banned.
Can I vote on Counter-Strike 2 Steam Workshop content with a Counter-Strike 2 game ban?
No. Counter-Strike 2 game bans prevent voting within the Counter-Strike 2 Workshop.
XD bro, you're the one who doesn't read, judging by what you're implying, you're someone from Steam. Faceit contacted me by email to verify one account, so the other one was permanently banned, okay? I understand your answers now, but don't tell me I don't read when you're the one who doesn't read anything.
Mmmm, OP, why post, when he is pointing out a few things what is being seen here on steam forums. Also seeing you know of a few ways on how a ban can be applied, then you should also know that bans cannot be appealed and bans are permanent especially seeing that you still sitting with one. Also bans are not applied to accounts via email addresses. Now he also mentioned people who don't like answers given goes on what he mentioned "troll rampage". seeing you are telling people that they are posting "nonsense"
Even if Faceit contacted you, you still sitting with a ban on that platform. Steam most likely also send an email that you are banned.
But anyway, i'm out, its clear you are one of those people who refuses to accept info given to them and continue to flamebait/troll/fight with users. FYI. there is no Valve/steam here, no support, no vac team. This is a community only forum
Well, unfortunately, it got flooded with bots even though I didn't ask for solutions. All I did was share my experience so that if anyone else is in the same situation, they can be sure that Valve and Steam will ignore them and not answer any messages. I wasn't expecting Steam's paid helpers to reply to me XD
