That's normal, since bans are issued with a delay, so what you've done in the last 2 weeks or even been online at all doesn't matter.

It's a game ban, by the way, and yes, it's permanent and cannot be removed.

Game bans also aren't just for cheating, a common misconception.

as per your profile, you have a gameban, irrelevant what it says ingame. bans are delayed and there are a few reasons for a gameban. So go to your profile and click on the info button next to your gameban. This is a community only forum
