as per your profile, you have a gameban and not a vacban, irrelevant what it says in game. Also Seeing you admitting that a "friend cheated" on your account, means the ban is correct and permanent. FYI this is a commnity only forum

irrelevant who used the account, vacban is for cheating and its permanent. FYI this is a community only forum and not an appeal forum. Also stop buying steam accounts, as it is against Steam TOS
