This is the VAC forum, so only regular users are here, and even support can't do anything about bans.
By the way, how are we supposed to know which account you mean, since it's probably not the account associated with this topic?
Do you also take your car A to the garage and demand that they repair your car B there?
best to use the account with the ban to post. Unless you have a ingameban, most ikely to you continuesly joining matchmaking matches and leaving it, which you would have gotten warnings and temporary bans, but of course eventually it will become a permanent ban, which wont show on your steam profile. But anyway, there is nothing anyone can do about a gameban, vacban, ingame ban, or a server ban.
dota 2 ingame ban - https://dota2.fandom.com/wiki/Ban
Let's correct all of this mistaken information.
1. If you DO have an account that has a VAC ban, it is not banned until 2038. It is banned for all eternity and beyond. VAC bans are permanent. Forever. Everlasting. Neverending.
2. VAC bans are automatically checked for accuracy by the automated system that IS VAC itself. No need for us regular users to check anything, as we can't do that anyway.
3. Not sure what you win rate has to do with it. If VAC detects identifiable cheats when an account connects to a VAC server, that account is flagged for a future ban.......a VAC ban.
4. You can not even play the game at all for weeks, and the ban can still be justified. VAC bans are delayed for just that reason. So cheats cannot be tested to see if they get instantly detected or not. It is perfectly normal for bans to be issued days, weeks, maybe even months later.
That's how VAC works.
As others said above, you should post from the account that you think has this problem, since you thought you would contact Valve here instead of regular Steam users.
