Use the "info" button right next to it. Also, it's been more than a bit over a year.
Not going to happen, period...
And you were never "hacked" to begin with, your account was compromised because you gave away your steam login information on a scam website/clicked on some random phishing link or because of having malware on your device at the time...
Either way, make a new account and learn to secure it better... Either that or learn to live with the ban and a inventory that is locked to your account.
Btw: If this account of yours happened to be a purchased account (Considering the time amount of days on your account that the ban has passed, no post history whatsoever before today and the account being 6 years old) then i would highly advice you to stop buying them as this is against the terms of service... It's also a waste of money to buy banned accounts for their inventory...
