Its a game ban not a VAc ban. Anyway the ban is permanent.

why do it feel that you copy and paste from another thread, word for word. But anyway, As per your profile, irrelevant what it saays in game, you have a gameban, you most ilkely got a global cooldown first, then the system found that you were breaking the rules and applied a gameban. Go to your profile and click on the info button next to your gameban. Also this is a community only forum
