less then 2 years is not many. a year is one year, a couple years would be 2 years, a few years would be 3 years, multiple years would be 4 or more.

are you the one that actually created the account or did you buy/sell/trade for the account?

doesnt really matter, the ban is correct and PERMANENT, nothing you post will get the GAME ban removed. all game bans are issued for a reason, you dont have to like the reason.

your ban is just over a year old, left alone "many years". There is no Valve and no Support here. Bans are permanent
