Hi valve, I don't understand why I got a VAC ban. It says VAC ban from anti-cheat valve, and when I log in to my account, I see a VAC ban even though I haven't played with cheats or other features. I don't know what to do. Please help me please.

You have a game ban not a vac ban. (In game message says VAC no matter what type of ban it is. All that matters is what is shown your profile)

No one here or Steam Support can help you get a ban removed as Valve does not accept appeal from anyone for any reason.... ever.
