Hello Valve Support,

I recently received a competitive cooldown on my account (username: anh~pim-𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐎𝐈) while playing Counter-Strike 2.
On my first match, I was given a 24-hour cooldown, and on the very next match I played, I suddenly received a 7-day cooldown, even though I don’t understand what caused it.

I always try to follow the rules of the game, and neither I nor anyone in my group uses cheats or any unauthorized software.

I would like to kindly request a review of this cooldown, as I believe it may have been issued in error.
If there are any logs or records related to this case, I would really appreciate it if you could check them again.

If this cooldown was caused by a misunderstanding or false detection, I would be grateful for the opportunity to clarify it.
